Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee technology operations within the gaming industry in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure seamless integration between gaming activities and IT systems. The ideal candidate will excel at managing infrastructure while supporting peak gaming schedules. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between operations and IT departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT systems for peak gaming activities. - Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient system access. - Oversee backup technologies to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity. - Configure and troubleshoot Cisco technologies to maintain reliable network performance. - Supervise computer hardware installation and maintenance to support gaming systems. - Establish and enforce configuration management practices to maintain system consistency. - Monitor IT systems and proactively address issues to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with stakeholders to revise and improve schedule rotations for high gaming activity periods. - Train and mentor IT staff to enhance team performance and technical capabilities. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the gaming industry, specifically in IT management roles. - Proficiency in Active Directory with proven ability to manage secure access. - Knowledge of backup technologies and strategies to protect critical data. - Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, including network configuration and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with computer hardware installation and maintenance. - Expertise in configuration management to ensure system reliability. - Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across departments. - Ability to adapt to dynamic gaming schedules and manage peak activity periods effectively.
