This isn’t HR recruiting. This is sales recruiting—the front line of our growth engine. You’ll be responsible for building a machine that finds, screens, and launches elite door-to-door sales talent that fuels our mission. You’ll run the recruiting department like it’s your own business inside our business, with the potential to grow into Head of Recruiting as the company scales.
The Sales Recruiter owns the entire recruiting pipeline for our door-to-door sales team—from sourcing and outreach to group interviews, job offers, and onboarding coordination. You’ll be the driving force behind our sales expansion, running high-volume recruiting campaigns that bring in motivated, high-character people ready to win.
You’re both the operator and the architect—executing daily outreach while designing systems to scale.
Source, contact, and engage large volumes of potential sales candidates daily through calls, texts, job boards, and social outreach.
Run high-energy group interviews that identify top talent quickly and transition into immediate 1:1 interviews for the most promising candidates.
Maintain an always-full recruiting calendar and coordinate with candidates to ensure high show rates and fast onboarding.
Create and refine recruiting SOPs, metrics dashboards, and processes that make hiring predictable and scalable.
Partner with leadership to ensure hiring outpaces churn and meets sales growth targets.
Lead by example with urgency, discipline, and extreme ownership.
Consistent pipeline of qualified candidates attending group interviews daily.
Rapid follow-through from application → interview → offer → day-1 start.
Increasing conversion and retention rates (day-30 and day-60 hires retained).
Predictable, repeatable recruiting system documented and ready to scale.
Reputation as a recruiting machine who delivers volume, quality, and speed.
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, sales recruiting, or door-to-door sales.
Comfortable speaking to and motivating groups; confident running the room.
Process-driven operator who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills—relentless about closing loops.

This role offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $70,000–$90,000 , entirely performance-based and tied directly to outcomes—booked interviews, quality hires, and long-term retention. Draws may be available for a short ramp-up period depending on experience.
