Job Description

Who We Are

Cloverleaf's SaaS platform is based on deep psychology research and rooted in behavioral science, with AI coaching tips unique to each individual’s strengths and powered by assessments like DISC, Enneagram, CliftonStrengths, and 16 Types.

Cloverleaf empowers people and teams with personalized insights. To do that well, we depend on accurate, connected, and trustworthy data. As a RevOps Intern, you’ll help strengthen the reporting, dashboards, and automation that ensure our revenue teams can make smart decisions and deliver value consistently.

Cloverleaf is on a mission to unleash people to do their best work.

We believe that people should be passionate and engaged with the work that they are doing, starting with our own team.

The Role

We are maturing our revenue operations function and expanding our internal capabilities for reporting, automation, and data hygiene. As a Revenue Operations Data Analyst Intern, you’ll be hands-on with the systems and data that power our GTM engine. You’ll support data entry, reporting, dashboard updates, and early automation efforts while learning how modern RevOps teams operate.

This internship is part-time (around 20 hours per week) at $18/hour, remote eligible with a preference for hybrid in Cincinnati, and runs for the Spring 2026 semester with the possibility of continuing through the summer.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help keep our data clean, accurate, and usable while supporting reporting and automation across the revenue organization.

  • Perform accurate and timely manual data entry across Salesforce, HubSpot, Omni, and spreadsheets
  • Assist in maintaining and cleaning datasets to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Support creation and maintenance of RevOps dashboards and reports
  • Learn and apply tools like Coefficient (or similar) to automate workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process automation with the RevOps Manager
  • Provide quality checks on reporting outputs
  • Document processes and workflows to support future automation and scalability
  • Handle large datasets with care and precision

Who You Are

You’re detail oriented, analytical, and energized by solving problems. You enjoy making messy data clean, building structure where there isn't any, and improving how teams work. You’re naturally curious and love learning new tools, especially when they make work more efficient. You're not intimidated by systems you haven’t used yet and you take pride in accuracy.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Enjoy working in spreadsheets and uncovering insights
  • Like improving processes and spotting inefficiencies
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non technical teammates
  • Are proactive, independent, and eager to learn

What You Bring

Required

  • Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
  • Comfort working with large datasets
  • Ability to learn new software quickly

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience with reporting automation tools such as Coefficient

How we help unleash YOU to do your best work

  • Flexible work schedule (truly) that works around your school schedule
  • Competitive hourly salary ($18/hour)
  • Macbook provided
  • Truly values-driven team (ask us about it!)
  • Real world experience in a fast growing HR tech startup based in Cincinnati, OH
