Description We are looking for a skilled Associate Attorney to assist a boutique law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Responsibilities: - Draft legal complaints and ensure accuracy and thoroughness in documentation. - Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies. - Prepare motions and manage deposition processes effectively. - Review discovery materials to identify critical information and insights. - Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and solutions. - Handle civil litigation tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. - Maintain compliance with legal regulations and deadlines. - Engage in federal litigation processes, ensuring all procedural requirements are met. Requirements - Possess 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation or a related legal field. - Hold a valid attorney license. - Demonstrate expertise in drafting motions and managing depositions. - Have a solid background in government or federal litigation. - Exhibit strong legal research and analytical skills. - Work effectively in an office-based environment. - Display excellent organizational and communication abilities.
