Mind Matters clinicians experience the benefits of being in private practice, with the support and collegiality of a clinic. Psychologists choose their caseload and set most of their own work hours, but collaborate with each other in an effort to improve their skills and knowledge. Mind Matters provides all testing materials, equipment, supplies, and report writing/administrative support, along with ongoing opportunities for training and consultation. If you are an early-career psychologist or newer to testing, we mentor you within a private practice setting. If you are an experienced Testing Psychologist, we provide you with a supportive and collegial private practice setting without the administrative burdens of solo practice. We also offer a full benefits package, including paid sick leave for all employees, health insurance for full-time employees, and a 401(k) with matching for all employees who have been with the company for at least a year. About Company: With locations in San Francisco and Berkeley, Mind Matters of the San Francisco Bay Area specializes in helping parents understand and advocate for their children. Through psychoeducational evaluations, intelligence testing, and developmental screenings, we provide parents and educators with a deeper understanding of each client's strengths and challenges and help develop a plan of support. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer seeking to build an inclusive workplace that reflects and serves our diverse Bay Area community. We strongly encourage applications from people of color, both men and women, foreign language speakers, and the LGBTQ community. We are a team of lifelong learners who understand that being helpful to clients means continuing to seek out opportunities to grow as professionals. Our clinical team meets twice a month to discuss cases, learn about testing-related topics, and hear from allied professionals about their areas of expertise.
