Junior Studio Production Artist

Note: Love Advertising has a hybrid work policy requiring weekly time in our physical office. This is not a remote position.

The Role

As a Junior Studio Production Artist, you are dedicated to precision and detail. You thrive on turning creative concepts into flawless final assets. In this role you will collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and account teams to bring campaigns to life across digital and print channels.

What You’ll Do

• Produce and adapt campaign assets for multiple platforms, including digital ads, social media, email, web, presentations, out-of-home, and print.
• Build pixel-perfect, production-ready files that meet vendor and platform specifications.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables by following established brand guidelines.
• Prepare and package mechanical files for print production and digital development, performing quality checks along the way, using export settings, naming conventions, layered files, links, and fonts
• Review proofs and development links to confirm accuracy, functionality, and basic accessibility standards.
• Organize and maintain asset libraries, ensuring proper naming conventions and version control.
• Support senior designers and art directors with resizing, retouching, and preparing variations of existing creative.

What You’ll Bring

• 0–2 years of production, design, or related experience (agency experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); and Figma.
• Familiarity with online platforms like Canva and Adobe Express
• Comfortable with presentation softwares like Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of digital and print file setup, color modes, and resolution requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Can-do mindset with an eagerness to keep learning

Bonus Points

• Motion and animation skills (After Effects), 
• Illustration and photo retouching skills

Growth Path

We believe in homegrown talent and promoting from within. In this position you will learn under a Studio Lead and Art Directors with regular reviews of your work and ongoing mentorship. Typical growth of this position is to Studio Production Artist or into the Designer path.
