Job Description

Salary: $52,000 - 62,400 per year Requirements:

Experience in responding to and resolving support requests for end users.
Proficiency in Outlook 2016 on MS Exchange 2016 and Office 365 email systems.
Ability to assist with general help desk inquiries, including research and testing as necessary.
Knowledge in troubleshooting mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads using Exchange ActiveSync and Mobile Iron.
Familiarity with iOS, Windows, and Mac operating systems.
Understanding of PC technology, including hardware and software system configurations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

I will require you to address and resolve support requests efficiently to ensure user satisfaction.
Your role will involve providing support for email systems, specifically Outlook and MS Exchange.
You will also assist with general help desk calls, and when needed, conduct research and testing to find solutions.
Troubleshooting mobile devices, particularly iPhones and iPads, will be part of your responsibilities.
