Industrial Painter
Pay: $23–$26/hour + $2 Shift Differential
Hours: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–12:30 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to support production operations in a busy manufacturing environment. The Industrial Painter will be responsible for prepping, coating, and finishing industrial components in accordance with paint specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and paint specifications
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain paint pumps
Mix and apply multi-part industrial coatings
Prep parts and components using proper tools and techniques
Maintain a clean, organized mix room and work area
Perform touch-up, full-part paint, and final finishing
Record material usage and complete required documentation
Inspect painted components and correct defects
Operate manlifts, cranes , and other required equipment
Follow all PPE requirements, JSAs, and safety procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
6 months–1 year manufacturing or heat exchanger experience preferred
Ability to obtain crane and manlift certifications
Knowledge of industrial paint practices, equipment, and applications
Strong attention to detail and quality
Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills
Ability to lift, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for long periods
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and consistent work quality
Ability to identify defective items and resolve issues appropriately
Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
