Job Description
Limmer Education is looking for a motivated and data-driven Email & Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. Your primary role will be to drive customer engagement, product awareness, and adoption, and company revenue through high-impact email and content strategies, supporting the expansion and growth of the company’s services and products.
This position is ideal for an individual with 2+ years of marketing experience who possesses proven technical skill in email marketing, strong copywriting talent, and familiarity with a wide range of marketing concepts. Success in this role will require an in-depth understanding of Limmer Education products and market goals. Experience with the medical industry is preferred, but not required.
This is a fully remote position with a small team. Reports to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management and Optimization
• Build and deploy email campaigns through Mailchimp, utilizing personalization and dynamic content.
• Use email marketing best practices to create fresh, engaging email campaigns and automations, based on the company’s content calendar and sales goals.
• Manage a large email audience database.
• Proactively identify and execute opportunities for testing and improvement based on KPIs.
• Measure, analyze, and report on email performance, communicating successes and areas for improvement to internal stakeholders and translating data into actionable campaign templates and strategies.
Content Creation • Maintain a blog article calendar, writing and/or editing clinically detailed content for a variety of audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on planning, idea generation, and identification of trends for social media. Assist with copywriting, scheduling, and engagement across social media channels.
• Provide copyediting and final review for ad-hoc marketing and communications items.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a related marketing or communications role, with examples of work.
• Advanced written communication skills with examples of previous successful articles and email campaigns . • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp (or equivalent experience in a similar platform).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and current marketing best practices.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
• Content design knowledge and capabilities.
• A strong curiosity and drive to stay up to date with digital marketing trends.
• Highly collaborative, flexible team player.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
• EMS knowledge or experience is a strong plus.
