We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Weblinx Tech, Inc. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand's online presence.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising)
* Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, web development) to ensure seamless campaign execution
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
* Create engaging content for digital campaigns and social media channels
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
* Track website traffic, user behavior, and incoming traffic data to inform marketing decisions
* Conduct A/B testing to improve marketing strategies and adjust digital ads, campaigns, and budgets accordingly
Skills:
* Digital Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
* Content Creation: Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, SEO-friendly content for various digital channels
* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation software
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
