We are seeking a full-time Community Outreach Representative to join our event marketing and fundraising team . This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in community outreach, nonprofit fundraising, and event marketing . No previous experience is required, and paid training is provided.
As a Community Outreach Representative, you will help nonprofit organizations increase awareness and support for their programs through face-to-face community engagement and live events . This is a hands-on, people-facing role where your efforts make a meaningful impact.
Attend community outreach and fundraising events representing nonprofit partners
Engage with the public to share information, raise awareness, and encourage donations
Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination
Maintain a professional, approachable, and friendly presence
Track community engagement, donor interactions, and support outreach goals
Interested in community outreach, nonprofit programs, or event marketing
Seeking a full-time, entry-level position with immediate start
Enjoys interacting with people and working at live events
Reliable, professional, friendly, and coachable
Motivated to grow in a structured, team-oriented environment
No prior experience required – training provided
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work full-time in the U.S.
Comfortable working on-site at events ( not a remote position )
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Paid training for all new hires
