Job Summary:

As a Communications Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication both internally within the organization and externally with clients and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate clear information flow, manage communication channels, and engage with various audiences to bolster our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication between departments and external stakeholders.
• Develop, edit, and distribute communications materials including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely manner and provide necessary information.
• Collaborate with team members to create and implement communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze communication efforts to assess engagement and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
