The Accounts Payable (AP) function keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and ensuring timely, accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and staff. We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and play a vital role in processing, tracking, and recording payments efficiently. This position will have a daily impact on our financial operations—keeping us accurate, on schedule, and on good terms with our valued partners.
Objectives:
· Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems
· Strengthening and growing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and staff through timely payments.
· Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
· Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
· Ensure compliance with national, state, and local financial regulations.
